Why livesport247 suck

The other day I was hungover and wanted to see a Liverpool-match at home. Since I ain't got the required channel on my TV, I decided to find a stream for the match. Usually this isn't a problem to find, but this time it proved to be a bitch. I tried all the usal sites, and more, and they were all qued up. Only option left was to pay to stream it. I normally don't pay for things on the internet unless I really-really need it, and this time was no different. The game had started, and I was getting stressed.

Now, I registered on the site, and payed trough PayPal. Got a conformation on my mail that everything is Ok. Great. Finally. So, I enter the site, I log in, and click on the stream. Streaming page ask for another username and password. Ok, I enter my username and password. It doesn't work. I enter it again, still no fuzz. I try again a few different times with different spellings etc, but move on quickly since I basicly use the same username and password on all shitty sites like this, and have for several years. I know what my username and password is.
Site says try to stream trough VLC instead of using the page. Sure, I love VLC, let's do that. Same thing happends. I'm getting pissed off and stressed now, first half is nearly done. I'm reading the comfirmation-mail that was sent to me, trying to catch up with any additional info. There is none, so I move on to the FAQ. FAQ says shit, except the retarded things I already tried. I add Live Support to my MSN, but it doesn't answer. I try the stream again, still can't login. I try all the different combinations of usernames and passwords I can imagine, but it simply won't work. Great. I missed the match, and I'm pissed off.

Day after I sent a mail to the assholes, explaining the situation and asking for a refound. Start at the bottom and read upwards as the first mail is last.

The streams have been working all the time. And your account and login to the streams has been fine since the moment you paid.
I dont know what you have done wrong, but its been working all the time. Neither have we had any other issues like this (!! RLY? Funny then that my roomate experienced the EXACT same thing about a year ago on this page. Fucking retard.)

However, if you still feel that it is correct, that this is our fault that you could not start the stream, then we will give you a refund, in order to close the case.

Listen here, its working perfect. Problem here is that you are writing your username OR password wrong.
Xxxxx xxxxxxx is your login. Sound like you have written xxxxxx, not Xxxxx.
Keep in mind that its case sensitive. This is clearly informed on the streampage.

Simple? It didn't work. I was asked for another username and password when I tried to start streaming, and even tho I tried 40 times, with different spellings etc, it didnt work. I tried everything I could to make it work, and I got an education in IT. So dont come here and tell me how simple it is.

I want a total refound of my 3 euros and I want my order cancelled from now on. I'm not interested in fixing the problem at this stage, as the match I wanted to see has been played (without me seeing anything of it) and you've proven to me that I can't trust you for seeing matches I need to see. Week after I logged in to see if they managed to cancell my account there. Guess what: they didn't. Great, now they got another 3 euros from me. But Ok, since I was already on the page, I wanted to check if the stream was working for me now. And guess what: it did. With the same fucking username and password I always use. This ofcourse also mean that he didn't do what he said he'll do, and cancell my order.
This cooky retarded bastard on livesport247 should ripp off his head and stuff it up his own ass so that he can sit there in complete darkness with his own bullshit. This is why livesport247 sucks. Just wanted to let you know.
